How can we do it?

We travel with the growing seasons, northern California, Imperial Valley, Mexico. (see growing regions for more details) and contract with growers in each area to receive the quantity and the price to satisfy our customers needs.

Mark, the owner of Prima Bella is a farmer himself  and works very close with our growers so they know when to plant and when to harvest.  This ensures that our corn is harvested and shipped to us with in 24 to 48 hours (depending on what growing region the corn is coming from). We do this because we do not want the corn to harvest all at the same time therefore creating storage in the cooler.  Mark has informed the growers how much corn we need on a weekly basis and what color so we never have inventory of loose corn waiting to be packed.

Our growers also work with us by allowing us to plant seed variety trials in each growing area.  We do this because it enables us to provide the same great flavor you have with summer time corn even in the winter.

Year-Round corn can be done and that’s why we say “Yes to Fresh” Year Round!!!!
